Custom lighter boxes are fully tailored packaging solutions printed with your logo, brand colors, and product details designed for retail display, wholesale distribution, or gift presentation. ONO Custom Boxes produces custom printed lighter boxes in cardboard, corrugated, and rigid stock with low minimums, precision printing, and fast turnaround across the USA.
You’ve invested in your product. Your lighter whether it’s a premium refillable, a branded promotional item, or a specialty gift deserves packaging that actually works for your business. Generic boxes don’t hold lighters securely. Blank packaging gives retailers nothing to display, and consumers nothing to trust.
Most packaging suppliers either demand enormous minimum order quantities, offer outdated printing technology, or fail to understand the specific structural requirements that lighter packaging demands a snug fit, protective insert options, and shelf-ready display configurations that drive impulse purchases.
ONO Custom Boxes was built to solve exactly this. We specialize in custom lighter boxes for manufacturers, retailers, and brands across the United States combining structural expertise with commercial-grade printing to produce packaging that protects your product, communicates your brand, and performs on shelf.
Custom lighter boxes are purpose-built packaging designed to house, protect, and present lighters for retail, wholesale, or gifting applications. Unlike off-the-shelf alternatives, they are engineered to your lighter’s exact dimensions eliminating movement, preventing damage, and maximizing shelf appeal.
At ONO Custom Boxes, custom lighter packaging encompasses the full production chain: structural design, material selection, digital or offset printing, finishing (matte, gloss, spot UV, foil stamping), and fulfillment. Whether you need single-unit retail cartons, counter display boxes, or wholesale corrugated shipper cases, every box is built from scratch to your specifications.
The packaging industry is full of generalists. ONO Custom Boxes operates differently we work exclusively in custom retail and product packaging, and that specialization means every box we produce reflects deep familiarity with what works on shelf and what doesn’t.
Every order is built to specification. Below is a complete breakdown of what’s included in our custom lighter packaging service.

At Ono Custom Boxes, our Artwork Preparation Guide helps ensure your custom packaging design is print-ready for high-quality results. To get started, submit vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) in CMYK color mode, with a 1/8 inch bleed and 300 DPI resolution. Convert all text to outlines and keep it at least 1/4 inch from the edges. Review your proof to ensure accuracy before submitting. Following these steps will guarantee your design is perfectly printed on your custom boxes.

The cut line is the outline that marks where your custom packaging will be trimmed. It is typically represented by a solid black line in your artwork file.

The bleed line is the area extending beyond the cut line, usually marked with a green line in your artwork. Typically, a 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed is required to prevent any unwanted white borders.

The crease line, marked by red lines in your artwork, indicates where the box will be folded during production.

Perforation lines, shown as dotted black lines, indicate where the box will have small, evenly spaced holes for easy tearing or separation. These are often used for tear-away sections.

The safety margin, marked by dotted green lines, is the area around the cut line where important elements (such as text, logos, or graphics) should be kept clear.
