Product boxes with logo are custom-made packaging boxes printed with your brand’s logo, colors and product details. They’re built to your product’s exact size in materials like kraft, cardstock, corrugated or rigid board, and finished with options such as foil, embossing or spot UV. Brands use them to protect products, stand out on shelves and turn every delivery into advertising.
You’ve spent months perfecting your product. Then it ships in a generic box that looks like everyone else’s, slides around in transit, or arrives dented. Customers judge quality before they touch what’s inside, and a forgettable box quietly undercuts your price point.
Most brands we talk to hit the same walls: suppliers with high minimums, stock sizes that don’t fit, print that doesn’t match brand colors, and quotes that change after approval. Custom product boxes with logo printing fix all four. You get packaging sized to your product, printed to your exact Pantone shades, and priced for your real order volume, whether that’s a first launch run or a wholesale reorder.
Custom product packaging means the box is designed around your product instead of the other way around. We engineer a dieline (the flat template of your box) to your measurements, print your artwork on it, then die-cut, fold and glue it into the final shape.
Every order comes down to four choices:
You don’t need to know these terms before you contact us. Tell us what you’re packing, and our team recommends the combination that fits your product, budget and channel.
Packaging mistakes are expensive because they’re printed in the thousands. Our process is built to catch them before production, not after delivery.
The logo method matters as much as the box. This is how we advise clients to choose:
| Logo method | Best on | What it does | Cost impact |
|---|---|---|---|
| CMYK full-color print | Cardstock, coated corrugated | Photos, gradients, full artwork | Base price |
| Pantone spot color | Cardstock, kraft | Exact brand color, consistent across reorders | Low |
| White ink | Kraft | Crisp logo on brown board | Low |
| Foil stamping | Cardstock, rigid wrap | Metallic gold, silver, rose gold or holographic logo | Medium (needs a stamping die) |
| Embossing or debossing | Cardstock, rigid wrap | Raised or pressed logo you can feel | Medium (needs a die) |
| Spot UV | Matte-laminated stock | Glossy logo against a matte background | Low to medium |
A common combination for premium product boxes is matte lamination with a foil-stamped logo and spot UV on secondary details.
We produce boxes in SBS cardstock (14pt to 24pt), kraft, E-flute and B-flute corrugated, and 1.5mm to 3mm rigid chipboard. Add-ons include custom inserts, window patches, tear strips, inside printing, and recyclable or FSC-certified stock on request.
How much do custom product boxes with logo cost?
Unit price depends on five factors: box size, material, quantity, print colors and special finishes. Larger quantities lower the cost per box significantly, and foil or embossing add a one-time die cost. Send your specs for an exact, itemized quote.
What is the minimum order for product boxes with logo wholesale?
Minimums vary by box style and print method. Digitally printed folding cartons allow shorter runs, while rigid boxes and offset-printed jobs need higher volumes. Ask for the minimum on your specific box when you request a quote.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within standard production times after proof approval, plus transit. Rush production is available for urgent launches; tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote.
What file format should my logo be in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest print. If you only have a PNG or JPG, our designers can check whether it’s usable or recreate it as vector.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof and 3D mockup, and physical samples can be produced before a full run.
Can you print inside the box too?
Yes. Inside printing works well for thank-you messages, usage instructions, QR codes or a surprise pattern revealed on opening.
Are your custom packaging boxes eco-friendly?
We offer recyclable kraft and cardstock, FSC-certified paperboard and soy-based inks. Most of our boxes are curbside recyclable.
Your packaging is the first thing customers see and the last thing they remember. Send your box size, quantity and logo, and our team will return an itemized quote with a free dieline and design support. No obligation, no hidden setup fees, just packaging that sells your product before it’s opened.
At Ono Custom Boxes, our Artwork Preparation Guide helps ensure your custom packaging design is print-ready for high-quality results. To get started, submit vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) in CMYK color mode, with a 1/8 inch bleed and 300 DPI resolution. Convert all text to outlines and keep it at least 1/4 inch from the edges. Review your proof to ensure accuracy before submitting. Following these steps will guarantee your design is perfectly printed on your custom boxes.

The cut line is the outline that marks where your custom packaging will be trimmed. It is typically represented by a solid black line in your artwork file.

The bleed line is the area extending beyond the cut line, usually marked with a green line in your artwork. Typically, a 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed is required to prevent any unwanted white borders.

The crease line, marked by red lines in your artwork, indicates where the box will be folded during production.

Perforation lines, shown as dotted black lines, indicate where the box will have small, evenly spaced holes for easy tearing or separation. These are often used for tear-away sections.

The safety margin, marked by dotted green lines, is the area around the cut line where important elements (such as text, logos, or graphics) should be kept clear.
