• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

6. Shipping

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Since all products are custom-made:
